Casey's - Maryville

I've lived just 0.2 miles from this Casey's location for over seven years, and it's hard for me to say goodbye! Everything here, from the chicken salad croissants to the puppy chow, the warm welcomes to the cold beer, the cups of ice to the hot burgers waiting for you, has been outstanding. I've visited Casey's locations throughout the Midwest, both large and small, and this one never lets me down. Plus, the bathrooms are always clean, and they even sell bait for fishing!

I kindly asked him if he could fetch the cashier again since I needed to ensure my DoorDash order was delivered on time, and he readily agreed. Finally, Kara appeared but immediately began yelling at Lucas for leaving the door open. I felt compelled to respond, explaining that Lucas had been multitasking and managing the workload of two people. Unfortunately, Kara's behavior turned rude toward me. Overall, I have to commend Lucas for his excellent performance in handling both kitchen and cashier duties, while Kara's attitude was quite disappointing.

The experience here generally rates a solid 4 out of 5, although it's worth noting that the place is usually not crowded during peak hours, like lunch at noon. Service: 0/5 Unfortunately, the service leaves much to be desired. There simply aren't enough employees, and they struggle with time management. During my visit, I encountered several issues: there were no orders being taken, no pizzas in the warmer, and nothing was being prepared. It's perplexing—serving fresh food shouldn't be this complicated. The solution is simple: they need to keep the warmer stocked.

I am impressed this summer , very much, by Casey's. Clean bathrooms and excellent snacks, super friendly service at each one I stopped at. 5 total locations. For what this business is... It is THE bar setter right now. Better gas, better food, betterservice than all the rest, from Ohio down to Arkansas.

Service is always great and sure is clean, but they falsely advertise cigarette prices and then claim they don't know how to fix the price to reflect the sign. This needs corrected.
