Starbucks - Marysville

Personally I don't buy anything myself, I do pick up alot of doordash orders in the early mornings. An what can I say. Vibe is positive an upbeat, Employees are attentive an assertive, only complaint I really have is the fact I have watched 2, 3, an sometimes 4 set of hands touch my order during final step of getting order out.. like 1person will start it by getting bag an cup carrier, maybe put an item in then walk away few minutes go by then 2nd looks round maybe puts some item in then disappear like Casper so a 3rd will ask if I'm here for soNso's order.. an they either finish putting it together or get all items in an 4th comes along an Seals bag an hands it too me!! This has been only down fall I have seen.. other than that them ladies all work as a great team an #PositiveVibes!

Worst Starbucks ever. I have came here 3 times and everytime I’ve waited 15-20 mins for a drink. I’ve had to have them remake it twice. And the lady with red hair and tattoos is so rude. Highly recommend ordering from across the street

I went to buy through drive thru and I asked the lady if she could serve me in Spanish and she told me wait a moment and immediately someone took my order in Spanish, which I liked and they were very friendly

Hailey is an absolute angel. I had car issues in the parking lot today and she came out to chat and see if I was OK! She brought me a drink and a snack too. I was so grateful for her kindness and thoughtfulness! Thank you so much!

This Starbucks has the absolute best customer service. The staff will always greet me and tell me to have a good day as I leave. Ive been served my drink or pastry at the table I wait at every time they aren't busy. They all seem to be kind to all people even as it gets very busy. Ive worked for Starbucks in the past so it means something when I say that they actually make all my drinks correctly which can be hard to find. As I'm writing this review, a barista checked in with me as she was cleaning tables. This store must have an excellent store manager.
