If you’re looking for gourmet chocolate this is definitely the place to go! They have a wide variety of chocolate from truffles to Caramel apples in a variety of flavors, as well as Chocolate covered pretzels, and one of my new favorite chocolate covered potato chips! The staff here are friendly and polite and they work quickly to get you out quickly!! A must stop by if you’re at the Seattle Premium Outlet!!!

I purchased a caramel apple, but had a small issue with it. I contacted the owners by email, and they were very quick (and extremely generous) in rectifying the situation. This, by far, was the best customer service I have ever experienced! The owners take great pride in their store and went out of their way to make me feel valued and appreciated. I would definitely recommend this store to others, not only for their delicious caramel apples, but for their outstanding customer service!

You must stop in. The peanut butter cups here are off the chain. I mean seriously, you have to do it. ALOT of great chocolate options here. Quality is up there. Better than most.prices are a tad high and that is why the 4 stars. If it was slightly more affordable, I'd give this plave 5 stars. I suggest stopping in at Timbuk2. Fantastic deals at the ever evolving bag store. You can get a latte here as well. Decent experience EVERY TIME I JAVE BEEN HERE. Fudge is really yummy here too!!

Brandon the owner agreed to do a custom birthday treat and charge the ordinary price. It was delicious and the birthday girl and O are now loyal customers to all this yumminess. fantastic customer service!!!

The girl working there (not sure of her name) was AMAZING! She was so nice and i had gotton a carmel apple that they no longer had and she went in the back and made it for me best costumer service ever!
