Playa Bonita - Marysville

I had an amazing experience at Shrimp Creek! The service was fantastic for our table of 13 and we will definitely be returning. I ordered the pork burrito and it was so delicious that I almost forgot to take a picture. This was my second time dining here and both times the service was fast and the food was served piping hot!

After enjoying the service, food, and atmosphere at Granite Tap and Arlington, we decided to give the Marysville location a try since we would be in the area. However, I would not recommend this restaurant. We waited for an hour to be served after placing our order. During this time, no one checked on us to refill our drinks or see if we needed anything, or even updated us on the status of our orders. Our orders were simple and should have been easy to prepare and serve. At one point, it appeared as though the staff had forgotten about us, and our food was brought out as an afterthought, without any apology. I would recommend sticking to the other locations. Additionally, it did not seem like the restaurant was underused at that time.

Playa Bonita is the best Mexican restaurant in Marysville. They have the best salsa, flour tortillas, and food overall. I have never been disappointed with any menu selection. The staff is always friendly and remembers our order from our last visit. Even though we occasionally try other restaurants, we always come back to Playa Bonita. I highly recommend them.

Great food, drinks, and service. Lively and a fun place to go. Don't see something on the menu you want? Just ask...they can make it... (vegetarian chimichunga) it was delicious!
