Bidrage med feedbackI dob ' t take pride in saying what I 'm about to because this is a Marysville business and I 'm proud to be a resident of Marysville. having said that, in the handful of times I 've visited this location, every one sticks out for the wrong reasons. 1. You will never be given a receipt. If you ask for one, you 'll get dirty looks. It is the law to provide a receipt (proof of purchase). 2. The two menus at the drive thru speaker box have different prices so if your order is 10% more than expected, it 's because they 're intentionally being deceptive. I 'be mentioned it every time and every time the response is along the lines of We haven 't had time to update it. There are some menu items that aren 't even priced at all. 3. My order has rarely been correct. I 've been given the wrong order, someone else 's order entirely, or items missing. If you inform them of this, refer to #1 for the dirty looks. I fully understand this is fast food but these are basics that even a kid with a lemonade stand can get right. If I want LJS or KFC from now on, I 'll go elsewhere. Oh and if you complain and show your receipt, you won 't get it back.
Took my grandkids there to eat. We sat in the dining room and I was facing the kitchen area. As we were eating I was just watching the workers work. These are the most unmotivated people I have ever witnessed in my life.Moving like a bunch of sloths. Then I witnessed a young guy reach into one of the trays and grab some food and started eating it over the assembly line.A few moments later I witnessed a woman maybe manager NOt sure) eating over top of food that she was preparing.I didn't say anything at that moment but I snapped a couple pics without her knowing and on the way out I told her what I had seen and showed her the pics I had and let her know I call corporate on her while I was in the lobby and also another man and his son seen all this happen to and he also called. She was dumbfounded and didn't even respond to anything I had said to her.If you want fresh food and no saliva in your food don't go to the Marysville Oh location ,these people could care less about their jobs ?
Waited at counter for well over 10 minutes and was never greeted nor my order taken. No excuse as I was the only one inside the restaurant and there were only 2 cars in the drivethru.
This place has a tacobell. They dont carry the regular menu that a single longjohn silver has.
I Have ALWAYS loved Long John 's. Marysville JONG JOHNS SILVERS is by far the WORST LJS I have ever been to. Iv givin many chances to see if it 's just the shift or people. NOPE!! Always cooked far too long, been cooked and sat out under a heat lamp for too long. Also they have NEVER been asked once if we would like tarter sauce,vinegar, or anything of condiments. Not complaining just telling the world in hopes to get it resolved.
