Good food, guy at the front must have been having some kind of day, wasn't smiling or anything. Lady in the back was very nice and so helpful ?

Pizza has gone a little downhill. I mean it's$5, so i can't be too upset, but the pizza had no cheese. I mean, it was basically just sauce and some pepperoni. But again $5
Tonight I ordered 5 pizzas, 3 crazy breads, 2 order of wings and some sauce. 2 pep pretzel crust 1 pep deep dish 1 custom supreme pizza thin crust 1 Hawaiian reg crust My bill was over a hundred and I tipped the employees $15.00. I did not get what I ordered. Instead I got 4 various forms of pepperoni pizzas and a Hawaiian pizza along with my sides mentioned above. My order wasn’t a hard one and consisted of no odd additions or weird requests. I’m super irritated with the fact I paid over hundred to not even get the pizza I ordered for myself. The supreme I guess was to difficult for the cook to have to break out the additional toppings that go on it. Instead the cook thought it was a perfectly normal order to have all big one pizzas be pepperonis. Should that be a red flag? I think it should and I think your restaurant shouldn’t ask your customers to tip before their order is ready. I also think your employees should answer the phone even if it’s 15 min from closing. Maybe that last call of the night isn’t someone trying to order food at to close to closing. Maybe that last call was a customer trying to speak with the person who took her order. Maybe your employees should stop deciding to run a business the way they see fit. I have a suspicion your policy states your employees take orders until closing not 15 min before closing because they decided they knew better how to run your business. I’ve got one more complaint. When one of your customers request Parmesan cheese be sprinkled on top of the pizza before the pizza box is closed ask your manager if you are unsure of your employers policy. Don’t tell another employee to tell me that cost extra when it doesn’t. The entire experience was a complete FAIL. Your employees do not deserve the tip I left, over charged me and did not provide me with the type of service expected of them. I expect someone from your restaurant to reach out to me. I want my tip refunded and the over charge on my bill corrected.
