Girls seemed new or something. she was not sure what was available and had to look for the refrigerator to see if she had cold brews. I have a cold drink and there was hardly any ice, maybe half inch worth. she had a good attitude about everything.

The coffee is consistently good, the baristas are nice. Only one complaint...They up sell every single time I go there. We ask for 16oz drinks and they say, Is 24 oz ok? I understand the reason fo up selling, and I dont like it. Its sneaky. I went yesterday and today and was charged for a 32oz drink when all I asked for was a 16oz in a 32oz cup with extra ice. She added 2 redbulls to my (supposedly 16 oz drink. I want my drink with ice stacked on top. I understand that the cup will only be half full of the drink, thats what I am asking for. Twice, they charged for 32oz drinks.

One of their employees maggie was super nice and offers excellent customer service. the drink was just as good as her service and was probably one of the best white coffee drinks I ever had.

I was super happy with the really nice employee. I ordered a drink I never had, and she suggested white coffee. I love white coffee. I drank and it was disgusting! Tested like dirt with Lavendar Essenz. She said she could replace it, but I had to pay. It's not a substitute! I said no, the cop you proposed with the white coffee. Then she offered to do it without cost, but I refused, and I gave her the dirty coffee back. I'll go back to NIE! I also bought 2 other items total $25! No drink. I'm so mad. How dare you offer a replacement, but what she really offered was to waste me more of my money!

I used to go to this stand when it was evergreen and I loved the staff. Went today and the barista Courtney was nice but she decided to talk to the driver in the car on the other side so it took forever to get my order especially since she hadn?t even taken my whole order. The first drink she almost made wrong then made it too watery and the second drink was too thick. Not sure if I?ll be going back there.
