What an amazing experience! The service was exceptional, and the food was of the highest quality. This is the best meal I've had at Penn Station in quite some time. Excellent work!

I’m always welcomed warmly at the entrance, and the staff pays great attention to customer orders, making sure they are delivered correctly. The atmosphere is consistently enjoyable during every visit.

I grabbed a sandwich for my flight on the way to the airport. The selection of sub-sandwiches was limited, but it was adequate. There were better options for hot sandwiches, like cheese steaks, but since I planned to eat later, I opted for a sub instead. When I finally got to eat it, I was pleasantly surprised by how much meat was packed inside. I could have gone for a smaller sandwich, but I ended up finishing the whole thing. The flavor was great and it was a good value, especially when compared to other sub shops that skimp on the meat.

The owner's response a day ago thanked me for the review and expressed happiness that I enjoyed the food. Really? How could I enjoy a meal I couldn't even buy? This feels like a case of businesses relying on generic automated replies. I have lowered my review to 2 stars because of the apparent lack of concern from the management.

What stands out the most about this place is the evident passion that the owners have poured into the business, as they go the extra mile to ensure it’s one of the finest Penn Stations out there.
