Paul Mineo's Trattoria

Had dinner with my hubby last night. The food was fabulous and the service was warm and friendly. Can't wait until the weather cools so we can dine on the terrace.

Best Italian cuisine in St Louis. I recently at Paul Mineos for dinner with some friends. I haven't been to West Port Plaza for some time, but a friend suggested Paul Mineos. We went on a Friday night and when we were there, we were greeted by the owner who was extremely friendly. The service was excellent and any salads ordered by my group that were very good. I ordered the fillet with shrimps and gums and it was to die. It was honest with one of the best steaks I've ever had. The other people in my group also enjoyed their ducks. A friend got the Sea Bass and really loved it and my other friend got pasta he said was great. All in all, this was an amazing culinary experience with great food and great service. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants a romantic dinner or just hang with a group of friends.

Decent but better options for . Don't get me wrong, the food was decent, but unfortunately just wasn't up to my standards of an Italian high-end restaurant. Not at the price. The server was OUTSTANDING. Very attentive and very helpful when choosing our meals. But that was the best part of the experience. The food must be. I try again and repost another review.
