Papa John's Pizza - Maryland Heights

Pizza was very good. The toppings were perfectly cooked and there was no additional moisture from the liquid of the vegetables.

The shippers are very rude. I ordered a small pizza and it took 2 hours until she arrived, although I said it was 30-40 minutes. and when it arrived, my supplier had a attitude as if it were us? they were too late. the people who work here can find a job they enjoy instead of being angry at the customers to pay them money to give me eating like any other food place.

If I could give zero stars to this restaurant, I would. Customer service is terrible. I only heard what could not be done. My request for a Healthcare Worker discount was honoured to ALWAYS in this place and several others. Now I'm told they never did it. My loyalty can go anywhere.

I did a website order and I understand that when we do a website ordered that you don't make a computer error through there website. well I have a friend that had children and I live in the same place I got the wrong order I realized when I got home it was not the order that I place on the website. I called and asked if I could get a replacement and I understand that you know we make mistakes and everything but the lady would not replace order for the children and she told me I had to call the helpdesk I'm sorry but you know you should be able to help and that's ridiculous you should be able to offer than being a jerk about your product so I just giving you a heads-up about the customer care and talk to manager
