I had the pleasure of immersing myself in an unprecedented culinary experience at a restaurant that has redefined the concept of sushi, offering modern and innovative dishes that truly amazed my palate and fueled my gastronomic curiosity. I decided to opt for modern sushi , a selection of rolls and nigiri revisited with a touch of creativity and innovation. When the dishes arrived, I was immediately struck by their artistic presentation and the play of colors and textures that stood out on the plate.
