Olive Garden Italian - Martinsburg

I do enjoy a good hearty meal at Olive Garden and prefer the salad with extra ranch instead of their Italian dressing (hard to believe huh). The food is very rich and unfortunately the prices continue to climb. I would say the unfortunate constant would be the cleanliness of the bathrooms. I realize it is the bathroom but a little tidying up goes a long way. The Service is overall good, some are a little more attentive than others and are tipped better.

Our server was amazing! She was super polite attentive and did a great job.

Horrible horrible food. Very disappointed because Olive Garden is my go to but this one was very disappointing and everything was cold and tasted like it came out of the microwave.

An especially awful dining experience. Our server was inattentive and rude. I was a dine in guest but had to walk up to the bar and refill our drinks. Our server would not clear plates or bowls from the table, so again I had to carry them back to the kitchen. The four host at the front door were rude, sarcastic, condescending and unprofessional. My dinner was fantastic, food was hot and fresh like always … the person who attended me was very nice and professional, definitely coming back love it!!
