Mcdonald's - Martinsburg

Cashiers were very nice and pleasant got our food pretty quick and store was clean

This place is on my way to work, and it is always busy and short-staffed. HOWEVER, the few people that work there are always stressed, but super nice and friendly. They do not let the fact they are short-staffed affect the way they treat their customers. I just want them to know there is someone out there that appreciates that you show up everyday for us.

I'm glad this restaurant has apple pies and milkshakes! The temperature of the burger I ordered was good and the pickles weren't stacked on one side of the burger. Keep up the good work and maintain those supplies.

I forgot to order my ice tea. Remembered it when I picked up my order. The lady gave me a free ice tea. That made my day. I'm a daily customer.. I love this McDonald's.. They are the friendliest employees. Thank you.....

These ladies (and gents) have their stuff together! As a patron and a dasher, they're so customer centric and that's a quality that many many restaurants could model their staff after. From being organized to cleanliness. A+
