Cafe Del Sol - Martinsburg

On my most recent visit, I tried the French fries alongside a Caesar chicken wrap, and I really liked the seasoned fries. The chicken wrap was about a 3-star experience; I was hoping the cajun chicken I substituted would be spicier, but that was my fault for not asking beforehand. As for soup, I enjoy the Red Rock Bisque and always request Old Bay because I believe it enhances the flavor. The desserts are delicious as well! If you're having trouble deciding, I recommend trying the shooters so you can sample a variety. We particularly love the pumpkin cheesecake (when it’s available), chocolate mousse, and vanilla mousse. Overall, I think this restaurant offers great value for the price. The decor is beautiful, and the wait staff has always been friendly and honest when asked for their opinions.

I absolutely adore Cafe del Sol! I've visited the Martinsburg location twice so far, and both experiences have been fantastic. My favorite dish is the crab cake panini, paired with their delicious potato skins. They offer a wide range of healthy options as well as hearty meals. The restaurant is consistently clean, which adds to the overall experience. I would much rather spend my money on a great meal at Cafe del Sol than at the nearby chain restaurants. Plus, their health code ratings are significantly better! (Lol) Thank you for opening a location in Martinsburg!

I have dined here multiple times over the past few months and have consistently been very satisfied with both the food and the service. This restaurant is exceptional!

I visited Cafe Del Sol for the first time today, and I was thrilled to find some healthy options! I ordered the lunch trio, which included a chicken pesto panini and a chicken bean chili salad, and the portion sizes were just right. My husband had the lasagna, and he couldn't finish it all, so he took half home. I managed to steal a bite, and it was delicious! I can't wait to return and try more dishes, especially the sangria!
