Sehr gut gegessen, aber das Menü war trotzdem ein wenig teuer.
This restaurant opened last year It has a very intersting menu mostly as the name indicates fish and meat. The cuisine is very creative and the chef uses very fresh ingredients. If he doesn't have something fresh he doesn't serve it! Prices are...reasonable and the staff are delightful! Tables are well spaced and there is a nice little garden for outside dining in the summer. the location right next to the UBS on the Place Centrale is perfect. Their fricassé of gambas is great shrimp are already peeled and the sauce is very tasty. The Boulliabase du Chef is lovely again, very fresh fish and you can taste each different fish instead of having them swamped by the taste of the sauce. There is a plat du jour each day at lunchtime. Average cost of a meal for us, including courses and of open wine was around for two. However it wasn't really necessary to have the dessert!! But my husband said the Tarte Tatin was the best he ever ate!
Eating is really good and well presented. also generous in portions. I had tartare de poisson and dos de cabillaud and they were delicious and very fresh. my man had a snuck and it was excellent. the only note for the restaurant is that it is. much too bright! too much light. a little atmosphere would make the place much more cozy.
Great food and excellent service. We needed to leave within an hour and the staff turned everything around very quickly so still managed to have 3 courses! The croustillant de porc and crème brûlée à la pistache are heavenly. Highly recommend
