Wendy's - Marshall

Although the food was ok, the customer service and atmosphere was horrible, I haven't experienced this at Wendy's ever....and it took over 30 minutes to even get my order, not exceptional at all.

Whoever was working that day I didn’t catch their name, but they really took service to the next level. Friendly, genuine, over the top in the best of ways took it on to personally ensure food was fresh and hot. Was a joy to converse with. This guy should seek a career in hospitality and run a luxury hotel or something because anyone who can deliver an experience at that level, at a Wendy’s of all places, is a true asset.

The woman taking orders in the drive thru and handing out food was singlehandedly the most rude, aggressive person I have ever dealt with in the fast food industry. The food was good, though. And the manager was really friendly.

Only person in line and oue order took over 15 minutes. The store was empty and dirty. We have gone the numerous times and no frosties were available. Pitiful that they have gone down so badly. We won’t go there yet!
