The food was excellent, but the staff behind the counter could have been friendlier. They only seemed to smile and joke when they were chatting with each other and there were no customers around.

It's definitely much better if you visit in person. I've found that online orders or drive-thrus often result in mistakes or issues. So, if you're getting a sandwich, I recommend going inside. Most of the staff are friendly. I have more thoughts, but you know, it’s Subway—you either enjoy it or you don’t.
