This restaurant is a staple in East Texas. If you're passing through and debating whether to stop, just go for it - the food is good. However, they need to work on the size of their trash cans. If they expect customers to clean their own tables, the trash openings should be bigger to make it easier to do so without creating a mess. Also, it's time for them to change their grease.

This restaurant provided us with the best dinner we have had in the past 10 days and over 4700 miles we have been traveling on our motorcycle! We enjoyed delectable bacon cheeseburgers and hand-cut fries at a very reasonable price. The great air conditioning was especially important during the intense heat wave. We have tried several places along the way, but their A/C couldn't keep up. The counter girl was very kind and helpful on our first visit. It makes us want to ride another 4700 miles just to return.

The restaurant still serves a good burger and fries, but I always opt for the Chicken Fried Steak. A few years ago, it was a high-quality, generous portioned steak. However, nowadays, the steak is tough, gristly, and small. The batter has also changed and lacks flavor. I will only eat there again if I'm in the mood for a burger.

The burgers are actually juicy, I cannot complain, it was real beef and they do their own Patties so the flavor was above my burger expectations they do have free beans in the drinks area and they were really good and a little spicy. I would totallyrecommend to stop here if you are going on a trip and don?t want to get off the road, this is conveniently located next to 59 sowe did not add extra minutes to our drive. I have ordered the Chicken Strip Basket several times now and each time I am disappointed with the small, flat chicken strips that are the size of chicken nuggets, priced at $10. You can find larger portions with the same sides at other restaurants for $7-8. While Jucy's mainly specializes in burgers, offering other menu options should provide better value for customers.
