The drive thru was wrapped around the building. So, I went in and stood at the counter for a long time. Finally a woman says she'll be right there and she never came back. A younger woman took my order, it wasn't a difficult order. Large Iced Americano and a chocolate croissant, which was sitting just behind her. She asked me 4 times if I needed anything else and fumbled around at the register for a little too long. It didn't take a long time for my coffee in comparison to my wait time at the counter. What happened, Caribou?? Waffle sandwich a soggy mess. I dined in but dunno why they served me a wrapped up sandwich. Twas was a congealed mealy bite devoid of flavor. Layers also looked stuck together feels like prepacked frozen food, microwaved to mush inside a wrapper like food u get at a bad 24hr gas station. Berries parfait looked misleading way better (like fresh prepped) in the menu picture compared to the unappetizing real thing (prepacked) with hardly any berries (also mushy) then all hidden buried in the yogurt. Most Caribou drinks i tried used to be fairly good. Ordered the iced oatmilk coffee crafted press w oatmilk cold foam. I get what looked n tasted like a watery mix with a slight hint of a bitter coffee, way too much ice, and lacking any trace of creaminess i’d expect from oatmilk. Disappointing.
