Gaspard - Marseille

We tried 8 different cocktails and we were NOT disappointed. The Mojito is an excellent choice to cool on a warm summer night. Among the other favorites were a wise cucumber drink with a gin base and a tequila drink served along with a smoky salt... the edge of the glass like a margarita taste! The decor is not what one would expect from Marseille, but from New York or Paris. Go!

My husband and I went there last weekend to celebrate our wedding anniversary and had the most incredible cocktails! We stayed inside and as it was early (we were with our 4-year old son), the bar was relatively quiet which was ideal for us! This...place is so stylish that it feels like entering a new dimension! One slight issue I had: the service could do with being cranked up a little, the two guys working were friendly enough but especially for the price that we're paying for each drink, I was wanting to be treated with more care and personal touch. The exchanges were missing ... something... I didn't feel any passion for their work or any spark. So... incredible products, to be matched by equally incredible service!
