Did not enjoy the special meat rindpho. meat was not served with medium rare as described and the suppene base was not the best. in addition, the waiting period was quite long for a bowl pho.<br
I ordered the beef and chicken pho, and while it wasn't above average good (the broth was rather salty), I'd recommend coming here if you're really hungry, as the regular bowl, at $12, is already quite large, and if it's not enough, the large bowl stands at $14.50.
PHD is known for their Pho (beef noodles) and they sure don't disappoint. The stock was full of flavour and not too sweet which is the way I love. I find most Pho in Australia tends to be too sweet. Beef was as fresh as it gets. I reckon top 3 pho joint in Sydney.
I come here for their pho. I like their crispy chicken with egg noodle soup - $12. Must try, the vegetarian fresh rolls - &9.50 served with hot sauce, yum!
