Bidrage med feedbackI was in there a few minutes ago. Nothing was wrong with my smoothie, but terrible customer service. Two girls were in the store that counted the cups as soon as I went to them not welcome, they only looked at me as if we were living in the same household. The other girl in the register was very dry as she didn't want to be there. Don't come back to this place!! Not a pleasant experience and they pretended I got the smoothie for free.
Placed a mobile order while sitting in the parking lot, selected Starberry Hulk instead of Chocolate Hulk called in literally as soon as I checked out. Chloe told me my order was already complete and couldn?t be changed. No biggie I understood so I went inside still waited 10 minutes or more. I literally watched them make the order and when I asked why did she say it was complete and it wasnt she said she didn?t know. I purchase smoothies almost daily between myself, my kids, and my employees but since this is franchise I?ll call and make sure the Gretna location is a different owner and spend my money there. There?s always a wait so I knew there was no way my order was ready.
Late post. I give 2 stars because I have gotten a couple smoothies with reasonable experience but I'm officially done with this location. Last week Friday I ordered a smoothie ahead of time, giving myself 20 min because the wait time said 67 min and I thought it was an error. No it was not, I went and they asked me if I ordered online, I said yes. They say it'll be about an hour more wait, I said oh wow no I can't wait for that because I was going to work. And I did get charged for it. I was really craving that smoothie though, so I went the next day, hopeful. Wait time said 7 min. I Still gave 15 min to be sure it was ready because of the day before. Nope, it took a half hour more! I stood there for a half hour waiting for that freakin smoothie! People were coming in and ordering and leaving with smoothies. What is wrong with my order? I don't get it. I love that cinnamon chocolate smoothie but I am not waiting an hour for a smoothie ever again. I'm never going to this smoothie king again because of my experiences over this past weekend.
Horrible Experience! As soon as my wife and I entered the establishment we greeted the cashier LEO and were not greeted let alone acknowledged. He had a disrespectful attitude as soon as I asked him a question about a drink. As If I frequented this establishment and should have known the ingredients. Little did he know that the drinks were actually for my mom who has not been able to eat because of her chemotherapy treatments. She has stage 4 liver and lung cancer. Leo was asked by my wife if he was alright do to the attitude problem he continued to have. He stated that he was having a bad day. Well Leo you were not the only one! My mom is in the hospital today suffering from excruciating pain. so I could care less about your bad attitude. He then proceeded to throw a scoop across the line because I told him he should should have a better mood because I also work in the customer service field and have never been as disrespectful as he was being. Hopefully your management can offer you some training courses on customer service etiquette before a customer has to show you what common Courtesy is.
Quick and friendly service. They only allow up to 4 customers in the store at a time, due to the pandemic. They actually enforce the rules!! I take my kids every Friday after school! We definitely will be back next week!!
