La Cantine Des Gazelles - Marrakesh

Today we had a family dinner (august 2022) during our stay in marrakech, marocco. we loved eating. positiw: 1. inside and outside. 2. friendly staff. 3. the chicken kiss is good and good for 2. we spent about 525 mad for 6 adult and 2 children. 4. entrance for wheelchair accessible. 5. a mask carrying is not mandatory. 6. The price is fair. 7. the restaurant is located in the pedestrian zone, they must turn on their google maps. 8. English speaking staff. 9. Welcome drink is free and fresh cons: 1. the wifi is in the problem when we had lunch today. it is so difficult to connect.

We had the Gazelles Tagine, Orange with Cinnamon and of course, Mint Tea. They were all fantastic and good value. I recommend eating here than the other fancier restaurants. Come at 7pm when they open so you get a table as they are pretty popular.

Excellent food and very nice staff. Copious dishes and good juices. No need for hesitation, it's a no-brainer. Just go and enjoy the quality of the dishes! It was closed on Monday as Google says

Great welcome with complimentary olives and juice. Lovely food, excellent service. It was also very sweet that they fed the stray cats.

Unlike the other reviews saying it is slow service, our food were boom boom on the table. I did see at peak lunch hours, you tend to see a long queue outside so perhaps we came just after the peak hour in the afternoon. We had salad, aubergine bake, chicken tagine and chicken pastilla. Definitely recommend the tagine and chicken pastilla, very flavourful and meats are soft.
