Variety, delicious taste, kind & hot waitresses and fast service. What else do you want? So, let me give you an advice: zucchini chips, they are amazing! In addition grill'd isn't too fat either, since the place next to it sell just junk food...

Took family for lunch & had done several times before great burgers for the two of us but as with kids they like their happy meals, we had brought those and then brought our burgers, chips & drinks at grill'd as we had done on several occasions until a staff member came out apologised & said the Manager did not want us there with the kids eating Maccas in their seating area. Love the burgers but will not go back there now at least there are other Grill'd franchises not to far away.

After cinema dindins were had via takeaway (which we didn't even know they did, so awesome info.) Chicken and beef burgers were had, delicious and fair priced. Will be back!

Stopped in here recently for lunch. Having never eater at a Grill/d before, was keen to give it a try. Tasty meals were enjoyed by our group, however the burgers were far better than the Caesar Salad that was topping/dressing on top of lettuce making the latter part of the meal quite tasteless. That said, the group enjoyed their burgers. Students looks to use your student cards for a free drink.

We booked a table for 8 people for dinner. There is no one to serve the customers on arrival so if you have a table booked you have to figure out where to sit yourself or stand in the enormous queue to speak with the one and only person who takes food and drink orders for the entire restaurant. There were no trays available to carry our drinks back to the table and when I asked for a glass with ice I was told that they probably don't have any glasses as everyone breaks them. I can't complain about the food and it came out quickly. We didn't bother going back for a second drink as we didn't want to stand in the queue again just to get a drink. There were a lot of children taking up seats in the restaurants that brought in their McDonalds to eat. There are no lights in the outdoor seating area so we all had to use our torches on our phones to read the menu. The restaurant needs more than one person taking food orders and they need a seperate order area for drinks. Would also be nice if they had one staff member around the entrance to direct people to tables. I won't be back unless the service improves.
