Sketties Italian Restaurant Bar

It's closed, so they don't care about there yelp reviews anymore, so I gave it 1 star even though I liked it.

Just all around disgusting. I have been to some bad places but this one is really bad. How a place like this actually stays in business really confuses me. I know how it's in a part of New Jersey that no body cares about except for three months of the year. The locals who go here to them this is gourmet top notch. All frozen all bland all garbage. I had a chicken parm. (How hard is it to get a fresh piece of breast pound it thin bread it and fry it instead they choose to buy a frozen pizza parlor patty and put some cut rate sauce on it and the cheapest cheese. Come on man are you kidding me. And as far as views ! I crack up when I see someone say oh ok how oretty the view. Whattt? It's a view of smelly marsh lands. What kind of view is that ? Ahh the stupid shoebies and even more the stupid locals. Sketties your in a perfect area to serve 1 step above dog

The food was awesome and the prices weren't bad at all! The waitress was really sweet and patient with my little brother who is three years old.

Have eaten here in the past and was Ok. This time we had a reservation and told we had to wait which was no problem even though the place did not seem crowded. We waited a very longtime for our drinks and apps it figured it was a holiday weekend and maybe just backed up. Food finally came and Chicken Parm looked terrible. When brought to waitress attention she went in back and came back and did offer take off check. No manager or anyone came over to check on us or anything. We will not be coming back.
