2 2 deal was so worth it. they offered 2 2 for $20, 2 2 2 for $25 also 2 2 for $30 .We ended with the 2 2 2 for $30 because of the limited choices they had for the others, was the worse choice, although what was grinding time they chose, it was a drop chocolate moose or something like that was just a drop.
To see my high school friends one last time before the jump to florida.
The restaurant seemed to be under staffed. Plenty of empty tables but it still took an hour to get our food(except the kids meals).
We arrived 10 minutes early for our reservation. The hostess had NO idea about opentable reservations. I showed her my confirmation email. Blank response. She rook my name, asked what time the reso was for and said that we’d be seated as soon as possible. We waited 30 minutes then left. In the meantime, we watched as other potential diners left too. There was zero management presence. When a customer asked for a manager because they had been waiting 45 minutes after being told 10 minutes, first they were told no manager available then that they were busy and would talk to them later. What was clearly noticable is that this restaurant is more geared towards their takeout and grubhub business. It was so chaotic at the point of entry, that we realized even if we got seated, we’d end up being frustrated on waiting food. The hostess just hasn’t been properly trained to handle guests and particularly in a crowd situation. Her excuse was the kitchen was backed up. She should have been advised to make periodic updates to those waiting instead of blending into the background. But I fault management for not coming to the front area and advising guests that their patience was appreciated. So, no I can’t recommend this location.
