Royal Farms - Marlton

The manager, Justin, was incredibly helpful during our visit. My boyfriend and I were short on cash for our meal, and he was really understanding about it. We suggested that he hold our food while we returned with a bit more money to pay the full amount, but he declined and instead gave us a coupon to help reduce our total. We will definitely be returning to this Royal Farms!

During my first visit to Royal Farms, I was impressed by the outstanding customer service. The two ladies working there were incredibly helpful in taking orders and operating the coffee machines. I noticed they were the only staff members present at the time. The food was delicious and made fresh to order. However, the bathrooms were a bit unclean, with the toilets not being well taken care of. Despite that, my overall experience was great, and I'm looking forward to stopping by again on my next trip through town.

I stop by a few times a week to use the restroom, and today I was feeling hungry, so I decided to grab an early dinner. Unfortunately, my chicken tasted stale, and the center of my mac and cheese was cold. It was disappointing, but I will say that the location is very clean and tidy. If I ever decide to order food again, I hope it will be fresh.

I was going to give this store 4 out of 5 stars but the more I reflected upon Royal Farms the more I realized how much Royal Farms had become a part of me. The $7.77 bundle box is my new go to comfort food and the chicken is so good that me and my estranged brother from California bonded over it. When he visited from his home of CA I introduced him to royal farms chicken and he went back two more times that week. Every employee there has treated me well and I would recommend this RoFo every single time.

I ordered a 5 pc chicken tender meal. The chicken was old and dried out, the employee behind the counter should have removed the old chicken and replaced it with fresh chicken, instead she was too worried about how much time her coworker spent in the bathroom. I ended up having to throw away my meal because it was unbearable. That was a waste of $15.
