We have been coming here since the opening years ago both as a company and as individuals. The ribs are by far my favorite. They were very stiff not tender at all compared to normal. Others in our party had the same and reported a similar situation. We were up from Florida for the holiday and had a group of 8. I insisted on coming to Redstone as my experience in the past has been very good overall. The service was fine but the ribs were not. I thought you should be aware I did report the same to our waitress.
We had the chopped salad and the Cobb salad. The bacon was rock hard and cold. The steak was burned on one side. It was not edible. The croutons were rock hard and inedible. Last time, the server offered avocado with the salads. It was wonderful. This server did not offer and we forgot it was special. It would have been much better with it. We were both very disappointed as we visited just to have the salads. I’ll return but never order the salads again.
Redstone never disappoints. It is always good and our waiter, Frank, was outstanding. Very customer service friendly and attentive. Our wine and lunch choices were great. Their back ribs are literally fall off the bone good. My wife and I just wish they would bring back our favorite appetizer, tuna sashimi over Asian slaw.
