Richmond Village Charcoal Chicken

We have been coming to this restaurant for 25 years and love the bun, chips, and service. The chicken is cooked over real coal and is delicious.

We have visited this restaurant multiple times. The first time, I mentioned that the chips were excellent, but in subsequent visits, they were not as good or even soggy. However, on another visit, they were great again. It was confusing as the same young cook seems to be working all the time. Overall, the food was decent with a good atmosphere.

Been going here for 25 years now and still love the chicken, chips and the service. Real chicken spun over real charcoal. Yum.

We've been here a few times. The first time I said the chips were up there with the best, next time not so good, next time soggy, next time great. Don't know why, the same guys are there cooking all the time. Good chook, good salads.

What a fabulous restaurant! While on a long road trip we stopped in Fredericton for dinner.
