Stax food truly exceeds all expectations! The dishes are fresh and absolutely incredible! The staff is incredibly friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure a great experience. I ordered the early bird special, and it was nothing short of exceptional! This will definitely be a regular spot for us!

I recently visited this restaurant, which just celebrated its one-year anniversary, and I completely understand why it’s thriving. The service was excellent! A heads-up for parents: the orange juice is freshly squeezed and delicious, but it does contain pulp, so it might not be great for kids who dislike it. The coffee was fantastic, and the potatoes topped with fresh peppers and onions were a delightful side. I rated it 4 stars because my eggs were slightly undercooked and the pancakes were a bit overcooked—but we arrived right as they opened, so they may have still been getting everything set up. The atmosphere was also enjoyable. I highly recommend giving this place a try if you’re in the area!

The food at this restaurant is absolutely delicious. The cinnamon roll waffle is deep-fried, crispy, and sweet—definitely a treat! I also recall the potatoes being quite tasty. My only criticism is that they don’t mention the 3% fee for using a credit card until you arrive and attempt to pay.

I have to be honest—STAX breakfast offers a unique experience, at least when compared to most places I’ve visited. They have a variety of options that blend pancakes and omelettes in interesting ways. I ordered the eggs with Filet Mignon, and it was delicious—something I haven’t tried together before. The Smoked Salmon Scone is amazing; I would definitely consider ordering two next time. And of course, the pancakes are absolutely incredible. The service was excellent as well. We were fortunate to have a lovely lady who attended to our needs quickly and in a very professional manner.

My husband and I stumbled upon Stax while driving through the area, and we had a fantastic experience. The menu was quite unique, and everything seemed tempting. I ordered the plantain special, and it was absolutely delicious. The staff was very friendly, and it was clear that they were all enjoying their work. The atmosphere was great, and our waiter, Connor, was exceptional. We will definitely return to try more dishes from the menu!
