Unprofessional and rude. The check-in and check-out was problematic. Although we agreed on check-in at 14:00 via e-mail the day before, when I arrived, they said check-in is at 16:00 (even on their website the check-in is stated as 13:00 and after). I am glad that everything was on record via e-mail. I had the similar problem during check-out too. Although the room information stated that check-out is at 11:00, I was called at 9:50 and asked to check out at 10:00 in a rude manner. I don’t like their hospitality. I stayed 6 nights, will never choose here again.

Very clean and friendly staff makes you feel very comfortable.

I live in hotels a lot for work. I can recommend the Sankt Martin with a clear conscience. Rooms are clean, spacious and I had a balcony. The staff is great. Breakfast is loving and rich. There are extra bees for the freshly prepared scrambled eggs. But what I was most happy about was that my polo shirt, which I had forgotten in the bathroom, was sent to me without the ladies wanting anything from me. Thank you for that. Rooms: 4
