Bidrage med feedbackI visited this restaurant with a group of 8 people at 10:30 am on a family day. I understand that it can get busy, but I was disappointed to see that some were skipping the line by offering red envelopes or drinks. Despite waiting for over two hours, we were still not seated and noticed others being seated before us, even without reservations. I will not be returning to this place and do not recommend it to others. The unfair seating practices left us feeling frustrated and ignored by the hostess. It's disappointing to see people getting preferential treatment based on bribes rather than following a fair protocol.
I wasn't as often on dimming as before, but that was worth waiting! Skyview Fusion is one of the better places where I was. We went late in the afternoon when it was relatively quiet. The last time I was here, we waited for an hour. It was worth it! This time we used her Dungeness Crab Special. It's been a while since I had Dungeness Crab and that was so good, the highlight of our meal! Other dishes we enjoyed include Siu Mai, Curry Baby Octopus, Sticky Pork Dumplings, and Pork and Veggie Dumplings Chiu Chow Style. Everything was delicious!
Excellent atmosphere. The food is fresh with a wide selection. It is advisable to make a reservation, and please note there is a 90-minute time limit for lunch service.
We went to breakfast and boy was a good choice! We had our fair share of dimsum restaurants, and this must be listed in the top ten. I would have the Har Gow and the Black Chicken (? Congee! They are...seriously tasty, but all the dishes we have ordered were actually quite decent (I am a picky eater, so this is the highest performance I have ever given. I have attached the menu and the pictures of all the dishes, and watered my mouth. I would recommend coming here! Note: The toilets are really clean. I wanted you all to know.
乙龙天 offers great dimsum for lunch and Cantonese styled dishes for dinner! Dimsum: stands out from the competitive dimsum industry by doing JUMBO sized servings! I recommend getting lesser servings and sharing to start off, and ordering extra for the dishes you love. They do...the standards very well, my personal favourite is the Snow White Bolo Pau with Charsiew subtly sweet and fragrant milkiness from the pau, very complementary! Everything else is (big and) generally good to excellent standard. Dinner: good for seafood and a variety of rices and noodles, but I enjoyed the dimsum more. Everything ranges from decent to good. Nothing particularly great to recommend here though. Another cute thing they had going on was the $4.99 charsiew dish. Every table was raving about it because of how worthwhile it is! It’s a huge dish of charsiew and rice, priced at a steal. The charsiew is HK style but not fatty, instead is sweet caramely and firm with quite a strong spring in the bite. A fun dish!
