Bidrage med feedbackThe food was delicious and reasonably priced. However, the service was very poor. The waiter was on the phone while serving us and displayed unhygienic behavior by scratching his head and not washing his hands.
Typically, I do not leave negative reviews but this restaurant is an exception. We waited for nearly an hour for our food, received poor service, and found the dishes to be excessively oily and salty.
We left the restaurant feeling disgusted and without any food. Despite having a reservation, the staff (3 waitresses and 2 waiters) took half an hour to seat us. The staff seemed more interested in loudly arguing with each other than serving customers, even though the restaurant was not busy. Despite asking multiple times about our table, we received no acknowledgment or eye contact. It was clear that the service would have been even worse if we had actually sat down to eat. According to numerous Google Reviews, this restaurant is known for its incredibly poor service. It is not worth wasting time or money here.
We had dinner one night and dim sum the next morning. They have quite a few prefix dinners. We had the lobster and shark find for two. Very good sharkfins and lobster cooked two ways. The deep fried sticky rice balls was also very good. Pea leaves vegetable and a pyramid of fried rice. Too much food for two. Dim sum was not good in general. The beef in clear broth was the worst. Cut in thin slices and not cooked enough such that the tendon part was too tough.
Coming here for Chinese New Year dinner. The food is good but the service is horrible. The waitresses are talking very rude and no one is paying attention to you. We have to waive our hands many time to order the food. They don't come to refill the tea pot and we have to ask several times to get the refill. The staffs are really need a training on how to serve the customers, especially the price is not cheap though. No matter how beautiful of the decoration or how yummy of the food, no customer is willing to accept to be treated like a beggar to beg for the food.
