If I could give it ZERO stars I would. Does not take gluten allergy seriously! My girlfriend has Celiac disease and cannot eat any gluten without having days of severe abdominal pain. I called ahead of time to confirm that the Kebab Sultani would be gluten free with just the kebabs, rice, and tomatoes which I was told would be all that was included. I informed them I would be ordering through SkipTheDishes in just a few minutes. I stated TWICE on the Skip order that everything had to be gluten free. This cost me about $50 in total after a tip was added for the driver. The meal arrived and much to my surprise crispy pita bread was included right on top of the rice...this is not mentioned anywhere on their menu and was never mentioned when I spoke to them first. Everyone makes mistakes and we are often forgiving as most people are willing to admit the mistake once we explain the food they served us actually has gluten and do their best to correct it when she explains how severe her Celiac disease is. But not the manager at Farsi Dine-In! She assured me that the crispy pita bread was gluten free. When I asked what the pita bread was made from she told me it was made from whole wheat flour...this is full of gluten! When I explained she could not eat the meal as it was contaminated with gluten the manager refused to try to correct this or provide any solution. The solution she came up with? She told me to re-order another meal from SkipTheDishes, to pay another $50, and they would correct this next order. However she would do nothing about the $50 I already spent on food she could not eat as it was not their policy to deal with this. I don't think I've ever received such disrespectful customer service. We did everything in our power to inform them of my girlfriend's gluten allergy and she cannot change the fact that she has Celiac disease. Some understanding and compassion would have been appreciated.

We ordered our meal through the Skip The Dishes which was the biggest mistake ever. When we received the order, a big portion of the order was missing (two pizzas); unfortunately the driver left already. We called the restaurant, while the receptionist checked with the cook/manager, she forget to put the call on mute; we heard everything! To our horror, our jaws dropped hearing the cook/manager blaming and accusing us of lying with the worst profanity known to man, against my wife. We paid them a friendly visit to drop off the incomplete order. Most importantly, we wanted to confront them about the verbal assault and how they hired someone so unqualified and ill-mannered to work in customer service. If they cannot meet the basic human decency to talk to someone and to treat them with respect, how can a customer trust their food? On the positive side, my wife received a call from management, they apologized and tried to give us a credit. As usual, assault/bad behavior is conceived as something that can be paid off. Remember guys, your restaurant can only be as good as the people you hire. In this case, mediocrity does not fall far from the tree.

Been here several times and tried many of their menu items. Overall great quality Persian food and service is always exceptional.

Don 't get me wrong, I absolutely loved the food here at Farsi Dine-In. I really enjoyed the following dishes ordered, and they are all very flavourful and delicious. I would certainly recommend these signature items and the kabobs . It is my first time having Persian/Iranian food; this was a good experience food wise. Appetizer: Kashke Badmejoon aka sautéed eggplant and onion puree, mixed with fried garlic, diced walnuts, mint, and served with Farsi bread. It was recommended over the Stuffed Eggplant dish, and it was delicious! Entree 1: Baghali Polo Tahchin aka a medley of basmati rice, fava beans and fresh herbs baked into a crispy rice tahchin with fall-off-the-bone lamb shank! Never had this before and the crispy rice was something very different and exciting to try! Entree 2: Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich with sliced Angus steak topped with roasted red onions, mushrooms, green peppers, provolone cheese, and served with a side of fries or salad. NOTE: If you don 't tell them fries, they will default to salad. Dessert: Baklava aka a middle eastern pastry made with philo layers filled with chopped nuts and syrup. I really enjoyed this one, it sure satisfied my sweet tooth! The restaurant also offered a complimentary, traditional appetizer plate, served with Farsi bread, feta cheese, radish, whole walnuts, and parsley. I don 't exactly know how to eat this but I took a bit of everything and ate it lol. Since the restaurant do not serve alcohol although there is alcohol on the menu..... , we opt to try Istak, a non-alcoholic malt beverage. It is basically an Iranian beer-like drink but without the alcohol lol. Tastes really good. Other than the Malt flavour, there are also Apple, Pineapple, and Pomegranate flavours. I personally liked the Apple one : If you REALLY want alcohol, you are welcome to head upstairs to the licensed bar at EXHALE Shisha Lounge for a drink. Onto the the not-so-good side: 1. They lost our 12-people reservation. Don 't know what happened to it but if you do come, make sure you call again a day before to confirm. At the same time, I do not recommend any group larger than 8 people; the restaurant is small. 2. Language IS a barrier, but I know our waitress is trying her best to communicate with us, ex. explaining the menu items, taking orders, splitting the bill, etc. She is super nice, and made sure we have everything we need. But I do hope they can find someone who is more fluent in English. 3. The most disappointing moment was when my friend ordered the Walnut Stuffed Dates for dessert, the dates came oddly NOT STUFFED. They literally served the dates with the pit and sprinkled it with a bit of walnut crumbs on top and called it a day. The item on the menu clearly states 4 pieces of Persian style dates, individually stuffed with fresh walnuts. My friend 's order came with 5 pieces, and not until he bit into them.... they were actually all un-stuffed. He almost lost a tooth because the pit was still inside! We asked the waitress what happened to the stuffed walnuts, LIKE WHERE ARE THE WALNUTS? She finally said they ran out, so you just get dates LMAO. You could 've told us you DON 'T HAVE THEM, and let us cancel the order. It was so ridiculous. To make shift our own dates stuffed with walnuts, we took the leftover whole walnuts from the complimentary appetizer dish, and DIY our own stuffed dates LOL. My friend said it tasted great after XD I really don 't know if this is a language barrier thing, but that is still shady af. You need to be honest with us, in order to gain our trust as a potential customer. And please don 't get the Dessert of the Day either... the Chocolate cake was $9.99 and it was not worth the price. 4. I 'm not exactly sure HOW REAL this 'Open til 3am ' thing is advertised all over IG, but by 10pm, the restaurant feels like it wants to close shop. I asked to pay for my dessert in cash, so I gave a $20 to waitress and she came back with my $20 saying she has no change LMAO. Did they closed the till already?! How do you expect people to pay? It was quite bizzare, so my friends pitched for exact change :S Mannn, this review sure took a rough turn, but I do wish them all the best. Overall, a 2.5 star experience. I really liked my food tho :
