Friendly staff, I always order online, so interaction is not too necessary. personal is always friendly and treats me as well as other customers. for a simple pick-up, I like how they don't let me wait too long, they ask in the rule whether I pick up and just give me my smoothie before or while making a smoothie for another customer. this reduces unnecessary time spent in loading and is very appreciated.
