Barburrito - Markham

Bad customer service. Lady with headphones serving with hate and just doing formality. Will not comeback again and suggest to give some training. And my burrito is not looklike the same when I bought from other stores. Thanks

The food is good no doubt in that, but the service is super slow, i placed an order for pickup at 12:15 pm and still had to wait for the order, what is the fun of ordering online if I have to wait for it. The shirts employees are wearing says raise thebar but seems like you are not living by it

However, during my first visit, the staff was incredibly friendly, and I was impressed by the generous portions. The way the employee packed so many toppings into the burrito wrap and managed to close it was remarkable. I ordered the bean burrito with various sauces, and it was delicious. I definitely plan to return. This location is new and very clean, and I can't wait to come back for lunch soon! Also, I didn't see it on the menu boards, but they offer vegan options, including crumbled soy that resembles ground meat.

I ordered food for myself and my manager, and I was disappointed to find that the burrito bowls didn't include lettuce because they were out. It was lunchtime—how can you run out of lettuce and still be open? It would have been easy to restock. Moreover, whatever ingredients they used in the bowl were quite bland. This will definitely be my first and last time spending money here.

I ordered the Bang Bang Shrimp Burrito bowl, and the portion size was quite generous with fresh ingredients. It's definitely one of the better burrito spots I've tried.
