New Wok Chinese - Markham

10-31-22 I visited this restaurant and got a Mongolian beef lunch special with an egg roll. I found hair in my food in the middle of me eating. I called and told them I had hair in my food and the lady tells me “I don’t know how you have hair in food when we wear hair nets”. Fast forward I went to take my food back a cook came to the front with no hair net on and I said I thought y’all wear hair nets. She got mad a told me “I CAN EAT IT. Wow! I can't stress this enough! New Wok has the BEST, and I mean the BEST Chinese American food in the Southland! We've been going here for years and I have never once been disappointed by them. I reccomend the shrimp fried rice and hot oil.

I drove 15 minutes to get food for my family and spent almost $50 and everything is nasty… I miss the old owners because these people are terrible and I won’t ever spend money with them again. I MEAN EVERYTHING IS NASTY EVEN THE EGG ROLLS!!!! The only reason I gave 2 stars is because I loved them at one point

I've been going to this restaurant for over 20 year. The best Chinese restaurant out there.
