Coffee Time - MARKDALE

I haven't had the chance to try their food yet, but I come here every morning for a coffee and it's surprisingly delicious.

I am a regular in this area, so I frequent this restaurant often. Unfortunately, my recent visits have been disappointing. The customer service has gone downhill. Today, I ordered a cold brew and received a cup filled with cream and ice, but no coffee. I was confused and frustrated by this mistake.

They told me they do not accept their Coffee Time gift cards at this location ... Buyer beware.Edit: The staff present had contacted the manager. The manager told them something about their system there doesn 't accept the gift cards. Everytime I swiped my card, it wouldn 't register the payment information.

Better prices on fuel than most places around the area

It’s obvious that the lady who worked there didn’t want to be there, horrible customer service . Basically spoke bare min to us and even then it was a rude tone. All but thew the Coffee on the counter, it was apparent that our presence was a huge inconvenience even though there was no one else in there. Definitely would not recommend or be back , drive a little further to Tim’s service there was great!
