I've been here countless times to celebrate various occasions, including reunions, family trips, weddings, and work events. Noteworthy aspects include the complete amenities, cleanliness, safety, and friendly staff. Overall, I would rate the rooms, service, and location all at 5 out of 5.

Overall, the restaurant offers luxury accommodations, with excellent service and a fantastic location. However, the quality of the rooms leaves something to be desired.

Checked in 02/09/2024 around 12:30 pm. Was told that we can only go inside our room at exactly 2pm after already paying our room for 5k for 2br. We are 4pax and with 2 visitors paid 190 each for their day pass. I am from Bataan but my family stays in Baguio so we need a place to stay when visiting. We have not had our lunch and brought packed food to eat together. We asked if we could sit around the pool while waiting for some members of the family. The female counter staff refused and said we are not allowed to and can only sit in the lobby. I asked to speak to the manager, questioning why we are not allowed since we already paid for our stay and told that they don't have a manager, insisted that we stay in the lobby while waiting for time. I got furious and asked for a refund so we could leave, then they let us sit near the pool. Clearly, the staff needs training on customer service. The 2 br TOPAZ cavanna lacks privacy. There are two bedrooms separated by door but only 1 AC so you can't close the door and only one common toilet. It is dirty, smelly towels, lacks a shower curtain, and window facing the mirror lacks privacy while on shower, no wifi, bad cable connection, dirty terrace, and noisy AC. There is a kitchen but no cooking, no trashbin and no dinner wares. Paula called to get our bfast order at 10:30 pm when we are already sleeping. Messaged the order early in the morning and asked what time are we gonna have our breakfast. We told her 7:30 am. Checked out 7:30 am went to the restaurant but doors closed and orders not prepared and worst the restaurant staff doesn't even have our orders. Skinless longanisa taste good, sunny side up perfect but small portion of garlic soggy rice. Coffee doesn't come with creamer even if we ask for it. The garden looks perfect and i think that it is taken care of better than the rooms. We are not going back.
