Only sold pre-made lunch boxes. Not great, but did get an extra treat inside.
Soooooo slow. It’s just a cold cut sandwich. Did they have to catch the pig in order to make it? And they ran out of spuds …
Would be a five star, if I didn't have to wait for over an hour for my lunch. I understand, that it was busier than usual; however, when you find out from one of their associates that they threw out the dish they made, without calling your name, then you would be upset too. Now, that we got that out of the way, the lunch menu is quite extensive. Their sandwich options are plenty and ingredients always fresh. As far as the interior layout, there is plenty of space for lots of guests (20-30+ people, with a nice outdoor patio as well. They could make the counter space a bit lighter, as the lighting was a bit lacking.Always a great place to visit, when not busy.
I went to McCalisters on my lunch break and ordered food at 11:31 AM for Dine In, the same time my coworker ordered her food. We have a seat and five minutes afterwards my coworker receives her food. I waited a total of fifteen minutes before I walked to the front inquiring about my food. I was told my food will be out shortly... I sat down and waited another 10-15 min before inquiring about my food and was told “ We are so busy, it will be out shortly”. I witnessed several customers receiving their food Dine in) and they ordered after me. I went to the front staff the third time and requested a refund, the general manager Jeff Sarroski came up to the front, did not greet me nor apologize for the inconvenience and gave me a refund. He was rude to his staff and not engaging to the other customers that was waiting just as long. I spent over 40 min of my lunch at McCalisters to receive poor customer service and no food.
