Waffle House - Marion

Worst location to eat at. It’s a childcare not a restaurant. Waitress was terrible. I’m love Waffle House but this location needs to be revamped. Cook yelling and cussing to guests. All the staffs kids were hanging out all tables dirty and inappropriate conversations happening out loud. Food was good but made wrong the first time. All the tables were dirty and the parking lot empty. Only people eating were the waitresses boyfriend and all the kids. We had to ask for the waitress to clean a table for us. One waitress came in and was talking about being sick and then used a pen out of her kids mouth and never washed hands. Kid was going behind counter into the kitchen area.

I frequently dine at this restaurant and find the food to be satisfactory. However, during my most recent visit, I was shocked to be charged over $17 for two bacon and egg sandwiches. The people were very friendly and the food was excellent! Perfect stop on our road trip, quick service got us in and out in no time. Service, food, and atmosphere all rated a 5 out of 5. Highly recommend trying the Hash Brown Bowl! Price per person ranged from $10 to $20.
