Bistrô Mauá - Maringá

Wonderful, cozy place where delicious broths are served!

It was a find in Maromba, the owners are friendly, we feel at home there, not to mention the broths, which are delicious and well served. For a cold night, there's nothing better.

We went as a family, Claúdio was super attentive, we tried the cachaça that he produces from passion fruit and ginger, the portions of pastries (Trout in particular, it's delicious), trout baits and a broth that I recommend Baroa with creamed corn and chicken! We will return soon

The place is very cool, the music is great, the chat with Cláudio is very pleasant and everything I tried was great. From cachaça, to hot chocolate with hot mix, to coffees. And I imagine everything else. Cláudio's bistro is an almost obligatory stop for anyone visiting Vila da Maromba.
