Always hot and delicious! Service is usually fast and staff are friendly

We kept on a whim and ordered pizza. none of the menus was visible and the staff was like a person went in; What should we do? Overall, it was a safe experience...

Waited over an hour for cold pizza. Over an hour and a half from the time my order was placed. Manager hung up while asking for a refund. Beyond disappointed.
