I checked the menu before going to the restaurant and saw that most of the dishes were gluten-free. I informed the waitress that I have Celiac disease and she made sure to alert the kitchen staff to prevent cross-contamination. I ordered a selection of vegetarian curries and pilau rice, and they were all delicious. Everyone at the table enjoyed their meals and I didn't experience any discomfort afterward, so it seems like the risk of contamination was kept to a minimum.
