Hornblower Yacht Cruises

I purchased tickets yesterday, and it turned out to be a complete disaster! I soon realized that their promotional discounts ended up costing me more money, amounting to a third of the actual bill. When I called the company office for help, the experience was completely unsatisfactory. The representative was neither helpful nor accommodating and couldn’t even explain the discrepancies. I was hoping for a nice experience for my 80-year-old mother, but I would recommend choosing another company instead!

I highly advise against booking your wedding here! I organized my wedding with them every step of the way, and when the big day finally arrived, it was a disaster. The cake had the wrong flavor, the food wasn’t served as we had planned, the DJ didn’t play our requested songs, and during the ceremony, the sun was directly in everyone’s eyes, so it was hard to see what was happening. There were many other minor issues, but overall, it was a complete catastrophe. I reached out via email afterward but never received a response. This establishment is truly unprofessional.

We had a fantastic time! The dogs are more worn out than we are. We would definitely do it again!
