Sheetz - Marietta

It's a Sheetz, and a clean one at that. In a town with little food options and nothing 24 hour, it's nice to have Sheetz by your side for those 3am Mac n cheese bites cravings.

I was treated like a thief at this Sheetz. I spent twelve hours in the wind and rain at work. So I stopped at Sheetz because my husband wanted a soda, and I needed a hot apple cider. Then, I decided to get the fried sampler to. I got in line and stood there for a few minutes, while the cashier and two other employees gossiped. I then paid for my stuff... so I thought. I even waited for the cashier to get more ones to give me the right change back. Where I went wrong, I should have taken the receipt because the cashier never scanned my order slip, and I did not notice. I waited for my order, and it never came. The guy behind the desk came and asked about the order number. After he heard it, he said we did not pay it. I was upset and went to the cashier who rang me up. She did not say anything... she did not even apologize for not scanning the food receipt when her coworkers started to basically treat me like a thief. So I couldn't answer their questions right. I was too tired to remember. They showed me my receipt, and sure enough, I did not pay. I was very upset with how I was being treated for something that was not my fault. I glared at the cashier, but she said nothing. I threw the order slip back and said some upsetting things and just left. I needed to get out, I was too hurt and upset for being treated like a theft to try and get my food a second time.

Everytime I'd get food from here it was a hit or miss lately anything I or my husband would get from there would be half cooked.. how can you serve food that isn't cooked all the way through.. and if you go back it would take another 20 minutes.. but that's not the best part.. my husband and I ate there not too long ago.. and we got food poisoning.. never eating there again

It's been a year now all the air pumps at Sheetz on River road Marietta PA only work half a and now they all are broken they're not keeping up with the maintenance in their equipment at this sheets terrible just terrible !!
