Chop, Block Brew At Harrah's Ak-chin

7/13/2023 Dinner for 2 check 11702448.....Chicken wing App served cold with Ranch instead of requested Blue Cheese.......French Onion Soup served warm not hot as soup should be.....Meat Loaf Dinner COLD .....Mac and Cheese side served COLD.....if dinner was not on they weekly casino comp I would have really complained but it does not matter....The names and faces change but the song remains the same........

Love this place.. been here twice.. a bit pricey, but food, service, environment was nice. Try the bread with the homemade butters . Delicious!! If you want a special occasion to celebrate don't bother going here. the food was great the service was great but so disappointed that there was nothing special given for a persons birthday. When we made our reservation they asked if it was a special occasion (which it was). when we were seated it was also acknowledged that it was a special occasion. After our dinner which was over $200 there was no complimentary dessert to share. Since it was the 4th of July we went out on the pool area to watch the fireworks and we're told to leave the area because the pool area was closed. We refused to leave until the fireworks were over but we were harassed until then. We will never go back to Harrah's Ak-chin again.
