Red Rooster - Maribyrnong

When we drove up to the order machine in the drive-thru, it was difficult to hear the person taking our order. When we reached the window to pay, our loyalty card didn't work, so the employee called the manager, Kelly. Unfortunately, Kelly seemed uninterested in assisting us and made me reluctant to return to the restaurant, even though I typically visit every 1-2 weeks. When we eventually resolved the issue, she acted as if she had saved the day.

This restaurant is perfect for grabbing a delicious chicken meal in a hurry. The chips are flavorful and crunchy. Despite being fast food, it's a suitable option for the occasional meal. The service was quick, friendly, and efficient.

This Red Rooster is on Rosamond Road - it is not in the food court at Highpoint shopping centre which was where I first looked for it.The young female staff member was pleasant, my food arrived quite quickly, it was delicious as usual and the restaurant was clean.It also has a drive in facility. Toilet was very clean as well.Recommended. The loyalty program 'Red Royalty' is also excellent.

The food is consistently served hot and fresh, and the dining area and restrooms are always kept clean.
