I love Zaxby's chicken strips and sauce. This location was different than others. The employees were extremely friendly. The chicken strips were smaller than usual and everything should have been friend longer. Seems like leftover food although I was there at 10:45. Drive thru was popping. Last time I will bother with the one here in Marianna. Your drive through was not backed up but her comes a teenager with attitude and a tablet to take orders. Not letting you see the menu, ignoring things asked, then walking off mid sentence. You charge well and above this level of disappointment. Edit: This was before I got my food. It was half cooked and all my sauces were absent from the bag, along with someone salad's ranch. This was after waiting for 30 minutes. DON'T EAT HERE IN MARIANNA, Treated horribly when I received raw chicken and told them about it. Spent a couple dayswondering if I should even waste time writing a review because obviously nothing is going to done about this. Lately the food has been hit or miss, but the service has normally been decent, however, I went here on 9/5/23 around 1pm and put in an order while inside, to eat there. The guy that was taking the orders was a younger white guy with a big gold chain who was not professional at all. He was wearing his pants down to his knees. After the order was placed I waited for nearly 20 minutes for the order to be called. There were 2 couples in the dinning area and about 6 cars in the drive through. After the 20 minutes I went up to the counter to see how much longer it would be. The same guy who took my order just looked at me. Another guy walked up and got me taking care of. It ended up that the guy working the cash register put it in a to go bag, and left it behind the computer. He never said it was ready or anything. He did not apologize he simply looked at the other guy and said “I’m going on break” and proceeded to walk away. The food being hit or miss is one thing but when you have someone like that representing your company it really puts a bad mark on you. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
