Bärmooshütte is one of the best restaurants on the slopes throughout the Hochkoenig area. In addition to self-service restaurant, they also have restaurant with service that is very beautiful. The offer of food and drinks is very good. The interior is very beautiful, typical of Austria. One of the rare restaurants with the a la carte menu comparable to restaurants in the city! We always go there when we ski on Aberg.

We visited the Barmooshutte while skiing in Maria Alm and the last time the atmosphere is beautiful and friendly. The place is very clean and there is a good selection of dishes and drinks. Most dishes are made in place that is beautiful and means that you get a freshly prepared meal. It cannot be top class, but in this type of restaurants on the slopes it is difficult to taste any taste. Sure is the food of good quality. Service is friendly and helpful. Card payments are accepted what makes it convenient to visit them as you need to think to carry enough money. We'll be back when we're in the area next time!

Barmooshütte is a beautiful place and everything, and VERY conveniently located, but also because of it, very busy. The waiting staff has a great task to manage, but still busy, busy, busy, busy. the pizza is great, highly recommended. the burger.. not so much.

We went here several times during our ski trip to Maria Alm as it was the place where my partner stopped with her ski class.The interior is very nice, typical Austrian mountain hut design with a lot of wood. One can chose from 2 areas, the part where you are being served or the one where you go and pick up your drinks and/or food from the buffet/kitchen.There is a wide choice of food and drinks so something for everyone.We had several dishes there during our stops and have to say the food quality is of a very good standard. Also the hot chocolate with cream I had was very tasty.We once found a table in the serving area and the service was swift and very friendly.Even though there is a high turn over of clients and it can be hectic the staff had a smile and a word for everyone.We really enjoyed going there and if we go back to Maria Alm for skiing we will definitely stop over again for some food and/or drinks.
